With a shared commitment to rebuilding and recovery, this partnership leverages the expertise of ORCA's broker, Todd Negoshian, who has deep knowledge of new construction, having worked alongside the founders of CFDH prior to its startup. CFDH specializes in building affordable luxury semi-custom homes that not only meet but exceed current building codes and FEMA regulations.

        This collaboration aims to help those displaced by the storms, especially in light of the FEMA 50% Rule and the total loss letters many homeowners are receiving, leaving them with little more than the land's value.
